I definitely would have leased an apartment today based on the excellent customer service I received and the amazing amenities the community has to offer. The leasing professional was wonderfully energetic as well as pleasantly personable. The features in the apartment are state of the art, and the amenities within the community are luxurious, attractive, and in excellent condition. I would love to call the community my new home!

I would recommend The Onyx bc itâs relatively close to everything you need in lifeâs daily needs. Also the fact you are more secure in your apartment than anywhere else bc of the need of a fob to enter n exit. I sold my car bc I didnât need one saving me gas money as well. The community could be nicer some residents are very rude. Iâm sad that a lot of dog owners arenât picking up after their animals. Literally see dog feces around the walk path ways. However i place blame on the carefless owners whose responsibility to clean up is solely theirs.

The rental rate was pretty high for the area but the apartment was very large and well maintained. The location was amazing and everything you could possibly need was within walking distance. The amenities were spotless and the community looked like it was taken care of with pride. The leasing professional did a wonderful job showing me the community and apartment and was interested in getting to know me and my needs in an apartment.

Great building in a great location with great amenities. Management team is very friendly and helpful. The residents are in process of getting to know one another, so the bonds are slowly building.

If I were a real customer, I would have leased the apartment home because I liked the floorplan, amenities, and the location. The community was like a vacation home.
