The people that live here are great. The building feels like itâs ignored by the people that manage it. The maintenance take the direction from managers so obvious itâs poor communication. You donât need a resident complaint to make the upkeep to a high standard.

Feeling like it has not been up to expectations due to new move ins... lots of dog urine in hallways and stairwells. I also feel like when you have residents that want to renew their lease it should be priority on price.

In light of the quarantine, not only has the office personnel been a great resource but they have kept up with a positive fun environment with online activities. This has been a great addition and I really appreciate the hard work that this takes. I would recommend this apartment community for this reason as well many other reasons.

As stated above. Including the way the garbage is handled. Dumpsters should be put somewhere else.

The building was very clean and inviting. It was very tasteful in the decor. The amenities were well kept and clean. It seemed to be an easy community to connect and make friends with the other residents.
