I liked the decor of the common areas and the club room. The community had a pool which was a great selling point. It was located in a good area with access to the city in minutes. There were lots of restaurants in the area.

The community was very well maintained inside and out. They had beautiful landscaping. The price was incredible for a 1000 square foot apartment with all the amenities. There was shopping and restaurants nearby.

The location was overall clean and nicely maintained. The fitness center and community room were modern and attractive. The pool was an extra feature but also small in comparison to most other properties with a pool. The apartment was clean with a spacious living room. The sales process was fairly structured without any sales pressure. The price was average for the area with similar amenities.

As a real customer I would probably be looking for better value for money. Although this property was well-maintained and very clean, the rents seemed high. I had this impression because no utility costs were included with the base rents and would push the overall monthly expenditure up by a considerable amount.

The closet space for the washer/dryer did not seem fully functional with shelves that would be inaccessible.

The community seemed very well maintained. The features of the apartment were nice, but nothing special. The social room was a nice feature, especially since there was no charge to use it. The leasing professional was truly amazing and a pleasure to deal with.
