When pulling into the community there was a feeling of a well maintained, clean atmosphere. The staff showed a desire to make the community fit into my requests. They made you feel comfortable speaking about professional management and what renovations they have currently completed.

The leasing agent was really helpful. The clubhouse was gorgeous and the pool was undergoing renovations that should be completed soon. The apartment was really nice.

I thought that this was a good property. It was well cared for and seemed well managed. I thought the community room was amazing. The apartment that I viewed was spacious and had all the modern features that I expected to find.

This community offered very few amenities. The area, overall, was not the best, and the prices for this type of community, in this area, were over-priced.

Canton Woods is a nice place to live; nice amenities, clean and convenient location. One of the things that is out of your control is the constant smell of "weed" when I enter and leave the building. The rent is a little high but that seems too be everyone these days. The office / maintenance requests have been handled quickly and satisfactorily.

I arrived at the location and went for a tour. The experience was a very good one. The tour was thorough and to the point. The leasing agent was very personable and helpful in making me feel that living here would be home.
