In my view, the town amenities greatly enhanced this property. The soccer fields and, in particular, the walking trails were great additions. The property seemed to be surrounded by woods, which I found particularly appealing. Apartment 3201 had a great amount of natural light. The apartment also offered a very large master bedroom walk-in closet. I liked this property a lot.

If I was looking for an apartment, I would consider moving there. I like the amenities. The only draw back would be the fact that I would have to pay for all the utilities, including trash. The clubhouse rental in my opinion was too expensive.

The leasing professional was warm, friendly and did a great job of presenting the community. She was very detailed and took the time to answer all my questions.

It seems to be changing. When i first moved in it was quiet and we felt safe. Now we dont feel as safe and there smell of marijuana in the apartment and people smoking outside in the parking lot, no1 seems to follow the quiet hours

I would have considered leasing in this community. The location is near the highway and shopping areas. The apartments are up to date and clean. The added nearby features of the park and hiking trail are a nice plus.

The apartments were stunning. The agent was the only one that was there at the time of my visit. She really was exceptional and she knew what she was talking about. She was engaging.

I thought the community was lovely. The pool was a bit small but was not being used at all when I visited. The carpet in the hallways was in major need of replacement and had a lot of stains that were unsightly. The elevator was a bit dingy. The model was well furnished and modern. The future resident parking was completely taken yet there were no other prospects in the office and only one staff member.

The staff was very professional. The clubhouse was very warm and cozy. The apartment was near a well known grocery store. The property was conveniently not far from the highway. Overall, I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

The model apartment was very nice. I was surprised to see such a nice apartment with so much space after seeing the hallway of the building and such. However, the price seemed extremely high for a one bedroom apartment. I understand the location was somewhat convenient, but it was a price I would expect to see in the city for something of similar size and value. The community seemed somewhat understaffed, as the one agent that was there was very busy. The community seemed average for the area. It was plain and nothing really stuck out to me as extremely nice, except for the mentioning of car ports that were available for an extra fee.

This is an attractive community located immediately off of a main highway. The apartments are nicely designed. The property has a nice and quiet vibe that would be a comfortable and peaceful place to call home.

I felt that the community offered a lot for the value. It was well maintained. The management company was in the process of updating the facility and I had a first hand view of what they did in the workout room.

The leasing agent did not seem psyched about living there, so why should I. I did not feel like there was any sense of community there. I would not want to live there if the staff did not seem like they would want to go out of there way to help me. They were nice and were not rude, but just not interested in finding what I had always wanted in an apartment.

It was very difficult to get onto the main road from the road into and from the community.

The community is accessible form major highways, with convenient shopping in the surrounding area. The agent handled herself very well during the presentation and tour. She was poised and relaxed. She had great recall and ability to articulate rental terms and conditions clearly.
