Good value. Good perks. High cost of utilities.

My only complaint is the water bill. I can’t in clear conscience recommend they move here when the cost of water is so high

The leasing professional was respectful and delightful to talk to and quite accommodating of my needs as a prospective resident. She talked about the amenities shown and asked if I had any questions or concerns.

The neighbors are not respectful. The ones below us are loud. And people sit in their cars late at night cranking their music. People don't pickup their dog poop.

The community looked great but I was not enthusiastic about the pricing.

The community almost reminded me of a fancy hotel rather than a warm and welcoming living community. With that being said, I would recommend this apartment community to anyone in the area looking because I did think it was appealing and priced accordingly.

over priced, not in great condition. Sounds like the ceiling going to cave in when someone walks, whole place randomly shakes, you hear everything when people shower, when they flush, everything. And a smoking community and the hall and elevators are really gross to walk into. Plus it is either freezing cold snowing in here or hot as hell I have the ac set at 74 and still so cold and no way avoiding the vents unless you stand only in the kitchen. A bit ridiculous how hard the vent blow.

The exterior of the property and landscaping were well manicured and attractive. There was plenty of off street parking. The leasing professional was welcoming, informative, and acted in a professional manner. The apartment and amenities were clean and in very good condition.

The community was very convenient and close to the city and all the major routes. I could certainly see myself calling this community home. I would definitely refer this community to a friend or family member in the future.
