Apartment Review from a Current Renter

Some of my fellow residents are not nearly as respectful of my personal space and needs as I am of theirs. Living in an apartment community comes inherent with the fact that one is sharing space with others, and since I do not impose on others, in reciprocation I would appreciate the same level of self- and community-awareness that I exhibit; but, alas, I definitely do not get back what I give. For example, I am careful with what I cook, so as not to offend anyone’s sense of smell. In reciprocation, I am constantly accosted by an intense level of the pungent smell of marijuana permeating my entire apartment.
This is just one example among many .

Need improvement in management of waste removal (dog, trash compactor, hallway trash, abandoned cars) Good offering of amenities - pool, community room, package acceptance, outdoor grills. Would like to see electric car charging port(s) implemented somehow.

Minol water bills are just too much to handle during this pandemic even using water conservatively we were receiving bills 230-280 along with monthly rent of 1908/- it’s just too much.

i dont feel secure. People use the exit doors as normal doors, other tenants dont follow rules for masks, picking up after their dogs, having them leached, etc. Even employees and their family who live in the property dont follow the rules of the exit doors.

The community is wonderful. It is a great place to call home.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

The community offered amenities including a fitness center, pool, resident lounge, playground and soccer fields for the kids. Carports were available on a first come basis. The grounds were neat and attractive during the winter season. There are several miles of trails to walk on. The overall cost was a bit high compared to other comparable properties seen. All of the utilities are also paid by the resident.

I would recommend it but I would tell people to always look down when walking outside as no one ever picks up after their dog. It’s disgusting.

The grounds were clean and free of debris. The building hallways were free of personal items such as boots and umbrellas.

The staff of this location was very friendly and welcoming, not only to me but also to the residents I saw them encounter. They were very knowledgeable of the nearby conveniences in the town and neighboring towns.

The agent was very nice and professional. I enjoyed seeing all the community had to offer.
