The agent was friendly on the phone. He asked what I wanted in an apartment and then described a one bedroom apartment that was in my price range. When I was onsite, David went over the pricing that he stated on phone and proceeded to show me the apartment I would rent this community. He asked questions about my profession along the way to get to know me. We traveled in a golf cart to our model apartment. He stopped to show amenities along the way. Overall, I think I would rent this apartment.

The apartment community was built in two phases and was 10 plus years old; however, the management company was remodeling the first phase. The apartment homes were being updated with stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite counter tops. The community had a controlled gated access. The property was well-kept and impressive, and the apartment was soundproof and homelike.

This community is well maintained inside and out. I would love to live there.

Relaxing and calm place to live in, however better insulation of walls to prevent the train noise, and noise from neighbours would help.

The only disappointment was the parking situation. Keeping a couple of parking places available for "future residents" would be expected.

This community had fabulous curb appeal, even right after a large snow storm. It looked very neat and well maintained. This was a good value for the rental price. The dimensions and upgrades of the apartment were outstanding. This was a very appealing site.

The staff I encountered was very friendly, professional and energetic. The community is well kept and attractive.
Generally great, with a few drawbacks.
Very comfortable apartments.
Maintenance requests (no matter how they're submitted) go through the receptionist, who often calls to try to talk you out of having maintenance come.

But behind my apartment becomes a swamp when it rains.
The website is terrible and rarely seems to work in a logical manner.

The community was beautiful. I thought the apartment was nice, but I thought the price per month was a little high for the amount of space provided. This community was in the classy category and better than many. The amenities would be everything I was looking for, but the size of the apartment for the price was not what I would have expected. I would be happy living here if I made the kind of money needed to afford to live here.
