The property is excellent. The leasing agents are engaging, warm, professional and inviting. The thought of living here is thrilling. Even with the size of the property it is well managed and maintained, so all residents feel special and not just like another rent check. Keep up the great work.

By showing me all the amenities, it made sense that the price would partially recoup savings by not having to maintain several different dues and other miscellaneous fees at multiple establishments. Though the area was a point of contention, I do believe it will be taking a turn due in part to this community of up scale shops and residences. Technological advances were unmatched. No amenities were left out. I was truly impressed and would recommend highly to anyone looking in that price range in that location.

The community was nice and was in a nice area very central to a lot of stuff. The agent was nice and showed a very nicely decorated model. However, the pricing was more than one should pay for that small of a space.
