The on-site representative was reserved. She did her job, but lacked some customer service efforts. We went to look at the fitness center and the agent told me about a dog dipping party the community recently had.

I love it here.

I would tell them that it is reasonably priced and a nice, safe location. It comes with great amenities for what you are paying for.

Well maintianed property

Very well maintained property great highway access However, the neighborhood is on a fast decline

we have had many maintenance issues and they have been handled differently each time. Went a week without A C, they should have known it was broken before we moved in. Dealt with very rude rental agent, but also really love a few of the people who work here. It's a nice quiet place to live, and comparable to other complexes with similar amenities.

We absolutely love living here and having such a beautiful place to call home. Parking is a little bit sketchy at times, but that is the only down side. Would definitely recommend to my friends

Beautiful property in a great location

The spacious one-bedroom floorplan is perfect a huge pantry laundry room, a mostly-open front room dining area kitchen, a large bathroom, huge walk-in closet, and an included covered parking spot are all wonderful. I previously lived in an apartment on the north side and have to say that I prefer the south side. The layout of the complex on the south side is such that you get a lot more landscaping. The trees more plentiful on the south side also seem to be bigger older than those on the north. The walkways twist and turn more, giving you a lot more options for walking around. Really, the south side reminds me of a beautiful park, just with some apartment buildings dropped in. It's beautiful.

Parking, excluding the included covered spot, is great. My particular lot always has tons of uncovered spots available for guests to use. I almost never hear any of my neighbors. An important note about noise my current neighbor is an elderly woman who watches TV at an extremely loud volume. I can hear it when I'm outside at my door. That being said, the second I'm in my apartment, I can't hear a thing

Construction is strong and sturdy with only a few, minor gripes that anyone would have with a property that's not newly built. Maintenance is great. For nearly all reports, they're in your place fixing things promptly. The only complaint I have is that for trivial stuff I'm missing a couple of door hinge screws on a closet door , they prioritize it low enough that I still haven't seen heard anything from them. But again, for anything else, they are there STAT.

Office staff is always very kind and professional.

This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Hands-down. I've been here 2 1 2 years so far, and as long as things continue on this path, I'll probably be here for a number of years longer.

We have had great experience living here so far.

I love it. My family are I feel safe and if we ever have problems concerns the office staff and maintenance are quick to help us out in any way possible. I think the only down side is the rent going up they way it does and the way the offer renewal leases. I'm sure this can be done in a better way to keep your long term tenants.

An apartment that truly feels like a home

The location, upkeep of the landscape, and the features to this community are amazing This is the first apartment complex I've lived in that is not always leaving notices on your door or always wanting to enter your apartment. They leave their interference with your living situation completely up to you Noise control is amazing as well, I have never had a bad experience here of being able to hear my neighbors - apart from the occasional pet I enjoy that this is a pet friendly community and everyone is tolerant of each other. I can not say enough good things about living here and have thus far enjoyed my stay

This complex is a fantastic place to live

Love this place

We have a large family, mom and dad and 4 kids - and a large Lab We had plenty of room in the 3 bedroom. The 2nd bath and high ceilings were nice.
Very safe, comfortable environment. Great pools, parking good.

The initial call could have went better. It would have been better for the representative to show more interest in my needs and offer more information on the initial call to get me interested in viewing the community. The on-site visit was great. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and at that point, I had a genuine interest in residing at the community. The leasing professional did a great job of presenting the community and the benefits.

This is a large community with two pools and a dry sauna. The 24 hour fitness center is very spacious. This is a lovely community with a warm and welcoming staff.

Very friendly staff, Poor parking

Love it, Family neighborhood. Only problem I have a problem with is parking, the 2 lots next to my building are always full either when I come home late from work or being out. Love the staff, hands down the best I have ever encountered No joke I refer as many people as I can to this property, not because I get a referral bonus but because I trust this property and her staff to get the job done Thank you Highlands for a awesome 1st time renter experience -
