Should charge for extrs parking spaces. This is the only concord property that charges for an extra parking space. Also the rent at this community is higher than some others with same ammenities.

the parking is a real problem that people dont really want to have to deal with are pay extra each month for.

Due to the parking issue I currently advised some close friends who first wanted to sign a least here to pull out once they experience the parking issue.

One of them might be suing me, because her freaking car got towed. Everyone else that stopped by at one time or another felt rushed caused of the parking situation.

The apartments and the amenities is gorgeous I love it, nice new building with a lot of features, but it is some people who lives here that makes the place very trashy, unfortunately it is a bad location.
People make noises at any time at night on the hallways or parking lot the do not respect anybody and some loud music from cars at any time including early in the morning. I had seen kids trashing the place and parents do nothing about it, also the dumpster is a mess, which is the residents who does that, and my personal opinion they should be fine for it.
