I wouldnt because it's very ridiculous that our guests have to search for parking then have to monitor your time. Because the Towe company is constantly driving around taking pictures so they can towe away your car. Easy money for complex and towing company!! Ridiculous.

All my friends and family are afraid to visit me because they are scared that their cars will be towed, so my family and some of my friends don't visit at all I was not told when I signed my lease I was not told that I would have to pay for parking there are limited guess parking and your only allowed to use them up to three times after that your car will be towed. They charge you for just about everything I would love to use the gym but I don't because when I am able to get to the gym the office is closed so they want me to pay for a key that I can use after hours. I hate this place and I will be moving when my lease is up I thought this would be a good move for me and my daughter but I was wrong.
Due to the size of our community we do have limited guest parking, however there is an option to rent a space daily. The fitness center is for the use of our residents only and in order to properly monitor the use we required the purchase of a fob that is refundable at the end of your lease term. We are sorry that we were not able to meet your needs. As of 8/12/2013 we have changed our office hours at the Resident Service Center to 10am-6pm Monday through Friday to better accommodate our resident's needs. If you have any further concerns please feel free to stop by our office. Thank you.

Even though there was nothing to show, the agent was very nice to show the amenities and go over the floor plan in detail. She also described the apartment which was important.

Its ridiculous having.to pay for extra parking, the staff moves slow, never on time, hardly answers the phone, the hallways are dirty outside.
Sorry if you feel this way, but I am a residents here, and i love this property. Besides office staff always are very nice, and very professional. We as a resident of this community we have to take care of our complex because this complex are the best one in the area.

I do not like the tenant, there is a lot of kids. I do like the parking situation. Its impossible to have guest over. Also I do not feel safe here.

This apartment community was very nice and looked clean and modern. I saw many children there and with three bedroom homes being the primary floor plan, that was not surprising. The parking was adequate and the pricing was very good. If looking for a three bedroom home, this would be a good place to look. If looking for other than that, I believe that the wait could be long, but it looked like a very nice place to live; being centrally located in the surrounding area.
Unfortunately, with assigned parking, from time to time it is necessary to tow vehicles to enforce the community’s parking policy.
I would like to meet with personally to discuss your concerns and to work toward resolution of the problems you have experienced.
