Restricted parking. Too much outside activity (mostly unsupervised kids). Not a fan of elementary & middle school assignments. Walls are too thin.
We value your feedback and concerns regarding noise, unsupervised children and parking. Unfortunately, school assignments are designations made on a county level. We will continue to work on improving your Resident experience moving forward.

I will tell them, this is a nice community to leave with no worried and they people who working in the office are very nice and very helpful.the only problem about this place is the parking because the towing my cars two times since i leave here plus we don't have cable.

The acoustics in the apartment as well as the parking are big turn offs when renting an apartment but the office and maintenance personnel make up for that.

I would for some reasons but would not recommend for certain resaons as well. I think it is complete nonsense that we have to pay for parking and obtain parking for our guest. I never heard of such a thing. Do they expect for us not to have company or people visiting us? Also they let everybody and anybody in the pool. They use to ask for pool pass but since they do not everyone comes in and makes the plave very unpleasant.
We are happy to hear that you would recommend us to your friends and family in some cases. Regarding the parking, you do receive one parking space included in your rent and we have specific areas set aside for Guest Parking. There is no additional charge for either of these. Yes, we do have additional parking available for a fee.
Regarding the pool, we do have someone checking for pool passes during high use times. We will make sure we are doing this diligently moving forward. Also, if you ever see a problem please call our office or Emergency Maintenance.

The breeze area dirty, also with bubble gum in floor especially on first floor, the walls dirty.
We are so sorry that the breezeway looked this way. We just completed pressure washing the building and we will continue to closely monitor this in the future.

Please, when I first time moved here I recommend this place to everybody! I mean I liked it a lot because of the office people to every single thing here
But now its a different story! They take my money and they don't do what they promised to do! If you guys don't improve do not expect good feedbacks and definetly I will make sure that world here about this

Constant change of office personal and maitenance. Used to be a really friendly community with things for the children to do, but now everything has gone away. No Halloween party, not even Christmas lights on the palms trees as you enter the community like previous years. Seems like they only care about getting new tenants but not taking care of their loyal long-term lease holders.
We do realize that the numerous changes in team members we had in 2013 was stressful for our residents and we apologize for that. We did miss our Halloween Party this year, we did not forget about it, we just didn’t have time to plan it this year. It will be back in 2014! We did have some other events at the end of last year that the kids loved though…we had Breakfast with Santa and we had the Orlando Fire Department out with their fire trucks talking about Fire Safety and letting the kids explore the trucks.

The experience was very casual and social and that made me feel comfortable. He was very professional and really explained things calmly and politely.

Beautiful community

Amenities are above average for the price you pay. Maintenance work orders are done quickly and efficiently. This company keeps the buildings and pool clean and upkeep of landscaping is great. The gym equipment is of good quality but routine maintenance is needed on them. It is also very convenient to pay rent and request work orders on line. Oh, they charge for more than one parking space..$30.00 per month per space. but with everything included, it still works out to be the best deal around here.
