The only thing bad about this community are the rent is to high. And also we didn't have to pay for parking. plus stove plate replacement.But its a beautiful community. yes, i would recommend they apartments to any one.

This was a beautiful community with great amenities. The neighborhood, stores, and restaurants could be an added selling point if mentioned, especially to people unfamiliar to the area. The theme park locales would also be an asset.

This apartment community can sell itself! The grounds of the community are beautiful. All of the amenities are very well taken care of. It is a state of the art facility with all new features.

I love how apartment looks, but its just too expensive on some details like CABLE TV , i mean who pays for basic cable 79$! thats is just not normal and if we at least could have our own choice to choose which cable tv do we want, and IF you want to have aditional parking it would cost you 30$ COMMON! those details are just to much for a lot of people who wants to hear about this place! but i still live here :)

Better upkeep of the grounds, hallways, paint and power wash more often. Get another trash compound on the grounds.

I would recommend this complex because it's lovely quiet and my neighbors are friendly and very helpful.. The Leasing agents is very helpful at all times.

The fact that this community is very well up kept says a lot about the management and maintenance crew. I felt like I was in a resort setting. The gym was clean and tidy. All of the equipment was working. The community felt like a community and I did not sense any crime or fear in the community. No one would ever know that this community is income based.

The leasing professional was a good demonstrator. She was very professional. I did not feel motivated to lease. Even though there were no apartments available, a sister community was not named as a suggestion to visit. My experience was not a memorable one. When she told me that someone had been on a waiting list for a year, I found it discouraging.

When I got there I was told the leasing professional was with another potential resident. It was not true since I was watching all of them goofing off in the office. I was offended by their actions.

The community had a positive curbside appeal. The office and staff were warm and inviting. The agent appeared to care about my needs, and was professional. Great price for the amenities. I would probably recommend.

There's no parking for guests. It's terrible living in a place where your friends are not permitted to visit.
