The community looked a bit run down. The landscaping is not very well maintained. There were weeds in several spots in the many lawns. Some areas there was no grass at all. The building paint is faded and in need of a new painting face lift.

The Leasing Professional I spoke to on the telephone had no interest in wanting to help. Clearly, after stating I needed an apartment as soon as possible as well as living in the area, he did not seize that opportunity to get me right in. When both my wife and I walked into the Leasing Office, both dressed well, the Leasing Professional on-site did not seize on the opportunity to help us. Here we were, clearly stating we have not seen an apartment, yet she should have offered. Even if the other Leasing Professional was our initial contact, whatever happened to team work?
