The apartment looked nicely designed from the floor plan. After renovations were complete, it would be worth stopping by to see it in person.

I dont like the fact that you guys moved me from one apartment because of the ppl down from us and now in the apartment im in im having problems with the ppl above from me, i even called the cops on them.

The management company was working diligently to upgrade all apartments in the communities. There was a lot of personnel on hand and the office was very busy yet gave recognition when I entered. It was a great team working in the office. They made me feel important and welcomed.

The leasing agent was very attentive and friendly. She did a good gob at showing me the community and sharing with me all the services that the management provided to the residents.

The community appears well kept and I like that offers the use and access of all amenities in their sister communities.

the trash situation is awful people put trash on the sidewalk even if it not full

Even after several requests, the current property manager does not take the time to contact residents.

You do not feel like you home.

Its not longer friendly.. you segregated us and made us have to go to other properties to handle what we need. We dont know that staff.. and now we dont feel comfortable with the staff in our office.

Being such a large community with sub communities, it could be a bit confusing getting to know the property in the beginning.

I felt both of the agents that I encountered had great customer service skills and could not have been more pleasant.

THE TURN OVER IN THE LEASING OFFICE

I live at water view but everything I need to do I have to go to another location. Sometimes they send us notices. We go and wait, then they tell us we're sorry, it was mistake. This happened couple times.

I thought that the leasing professional was the ultimate professional. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He seemed sincere in wanting me to have all of the facts to make an educated decision about the community.

Cabinets & counters are old and ugly. Appliances are old and not energy efficient. Landscaping is borig and ugly. Picnic tables and grills are falling apart. Dog poop everywhere. Dumpster too small. Always overflowing and smelly. Doors need double locks. Gates for security are never used but once
