constant presence of small roaches

I have lived at Mission Pointe for the last 9 years and love the area and the upkeep of the complex. Other than the lack of personal touch from the front office, I have enjoyed my 9 years. Relationships are important to me; especially where I spend a lot of my time, and miss that with the new management. In the old days, I felt Mission Pointe was a family. I now feel like it's a business. I have attempted to build that relationship but did not feel it mutually.

The upgrades going on in the apartments were great. I would lease with those only, as the classic floor plan were definitely dated.

I hate to say this but when I see people looking here to rent I tell them not too. I would never recommend this community to anyone.

I would recommend this apartment community to my friends and family because the management team and neighbors are friendly.

Overall it's a great place. Quiet, at times though the kitchens and flooring need updating. Perhaps more energy efficient appliances.

This was a well maintained, large community. The apartments were well laid out.

Central location to everything. Landscaping needs to be more visually appealing and updated.

Gate and garbage a big issue for the past 2 years.

The trash area getting backed up daily it looks trashy and is somewhat embarrassing to bring people over I live right next to the dumpster it smells really bad at times but thank you for cleaning it up daily. The pool area could be a little cleaner there are always bugs like the filter isn't on or working properly. Oh and at one point I found someone outside my door sitting in my chair I thought that to be very disrespectful but they left after I said something...
