I liked the furnished apartment. It added character to it. However, there should be more options on the type of flooring in the apartments.

No good communication. I have emailed and called in the past when I had a issue and no one never responded to my complaint. I bedroom carpet never got finish after it flooded from another apartment. Gates,garbage and raccoons.

I would recommend this apartment cause they are so nice and the neighbourhood is so peacefull and quite,the rates are not so bad too,they are convenient too,they are close to everythin,parks,shopping malls,grocery store,schools even downtown etc..anyone looking for a good place around orlando area this is it.

Aside from the horrible staff, the complex is great to live at. But to me it's not worth the headaches it brings to check on the staff since nobody else does.

Fairly good price is only con I have to offer to friends. Besides that, I've had many problems ever since ive moved in such as roaches, old appliances which did my work and so on.

I would not recommend due to the fact. They change rent amount without any up notice. And your internet service to pay rent it is not available which leads to certain individuals to late fees or futher action

Too many cockroaches in the apartments. No improvements have been made to the apartment complex in the 2 years I have resided here. The trash collector at the entrance to the complex breaks down at least once a month.

Now that the apartment complex is in the process of going from an income bases apartment to not; I believe will improve the apartment complex as a whole and attract more favorable tenants.
