Location is great, but price may be high for some people. It's tough but I'm making it work.

The looks of the apartments are nice, but not many out of the ordinary feature for the price. Also, when we first signed the lease, they told us the deposit would be returned if the apartment was taken care of. Yet when we asked about it when we were about to move out turns out we have to get the carpet cleaned, replace the stove things, do things they never mentioned when we first asked.

The area is a nice area. There isn't too much disturbance and is enjoyable to live in. Quick access from the interstate and now we are getting a Walmart right up the road!

The community is in an appealing quiet location. The floor plans offer comfortable and not crowded layout. The patio is fenced in adding much more privacy to your property. It offers great pops of color in the living and master bedrooms that gives it a little fung shui.

I am so happy to be here. The staff is wonderful and courteous. The maintenance staff is top notch. It is so convenient to work and all of the entertainment and
restaurant venues in Fayetteville and Springdale. It's well-lit; I feel safe walking my dog after dark.
We also have a lot of fun here! They over events in the
clubhouse and at the pool. I have actually gotten to know some of my neighbors. It
really feels like a community...I love it here!!!
