I feel safe here. It's a nice place to live. However, it seems more expensive than other complexes I have looked at since moving here. Also, we need more than 1 dog park.

Community is good. maintenance is good. Only complaint is poor parking. A lot of empty covered lots but not regular ones.

This is a good place for first time renters. Rent is too high for one bedroom apartments, because of quality on the inside of apartment is not necessarily worth the amount and itâs hard to find parking anywhere near your building if you come home late at night, some even have to park on the curb even though there are plenty of extra covered space available but you have to pay extra for that. It can be frustrating working late and not being able to find a spot close to my building. However, Itâs is a nice quite residential area. The gym is also really nice.

The complex feels very comfortable, is located in a safe environment and is convenient to everything.

This was a nice property, but it was a bit expensive for its location and proximity to the interstate. There are cheaper communities with more amenities near Fayetteville that are closer to attractions. The pool seemed nice, but it was drained.

Thank you so much for for your review! We always appreciate input, suggestions and opinions. Our community is right off of I 49 and surrounded by hillsides and an abundance of trees which is very tranquil and desirable. Especially when it's only minutes to the attractions of Fayetteville.
We also have a fantastic dog park with obstacles and do not have weight restrictions on dogs which is a great find since most Communities do have weight limits.
I hope your were able to view our clubhouse, fitness center and tanning room during your visit. Our pool was in the process of opening mid April so I hope your were able to see our outdoor grill and fire pit inside the pool area. Our residents enjoy grilling and roasting marshmallows poolside!
Our rates can change every 24 hours so our pricing does not stay the same. The Woods at Johnson Mill is an excellent place to call home and we hope you visit us again soon.
