Honestly the location is the biggest up side to living here 2 minutes from neighbor hood market. 30minutes from siloam (where i work) 5-10 minutes to either Springdale or fayetville. The apartments are decent the staff is nice

There's not a lot in the way of community amenities, I'm thinking pingpong table, outdoor kitchen, community garden, that type of thing. A lot of my friends are really into that, so they might not like The Woods for that reason.
Have you seen our updated fitness center? We have also added an outdoor grill and will have a tanning bed installed in the next month! Be on the look out for more amenities to come in the next year!
