Because it is like a community, mostly quite, offers covered parking, onsite storage, friendly people.We are on Celeste and I love the green space and street lights. It's kinda like being in a park. Love the landscaping and roses in front of my patio. All the lighting is good security. We are retired and we downsized from our home of 31 years we were looking for a place to make
home not just a place to live. We love it here.

I like that it's mostly quiet, the rent is high for the lack of amenities, and my maintenance requests have not all gone smoothly.

I love my family and friends, therefore I would never recommend that they live in a place that continually tries to charge you for things you're either not responsible for or already paid for. Or a place that loses your paperwork. Or a place with incompetent office staff. Or.... okay, you get it. No, this place will not be recommended by me to anyone that I know.

My impressions on the community and the staff was lacking. The leasing professional did not seem very focused on me or my needs. She was way too busy and distracted to worry about anything I needed or was saying. She was either on the phone or going into one of the back rooms for something. I think I only spent a little less than 7 minutes actually talking to her. The community was nice, and it had nice amenities. Although we only looked at the club house, kids play area, and dog park, I think it offered a lot for the residents, and it was all nice. Although the grounds needed some work; there were a lot of leaves that needed raking and just general grounds being picked up.

I would recommend this place to anyone. My only hesitation is the cost and how dramatic the changes are. I understand this area is growing in popularity, however that does not excuse the enormous rental hike.

The grounds were clean. The Leasing Professionals were friendly and waved as we drove by. The office was at a comfortably cold temperature and the pool was filled with residents having fun. My overall impression of the visit was comfortable.
