Expensive. Poor response time to issues. We pay for pest control yet we still have "bugs".

The cable provider issue is really a problem. I have several friends who wouldn't consider living here just because of that. So far, however, I'm overall satisfied with my experience at Firestone since moving in.
We are in the process of changing our cable provider to Charter. You will be able to have service with Charter in about 60-90 days. Thank you very much for your feedback.

I like the community but I think it is overpriced.

Would recommend it to someone who needs or wants to be close enough to downtown to walk and can afford the rent. This is the case with my husband and myself as he walks to work and we are trying to live with one car.

Maintence, issues security and it seems like the complex is going down hill quickly. Location is the only thing going for it.

This was an exceptional community. I have not seen anything that could match it. The pool and grill area with the fireplace was very nice. The apartments themselves were above anything I could have imagined.

The property was beautiful, and the apartments themselves are beautiful. Landscaping was impeccable as well. The agent did a good job showing everything and explaining everything.

I was not too sure about the traffic noise until I walked inside the apartment. I was totally impressed that there was basically no traffic noise, even though I was right above seventh street and cars were zooming back and forth. The apartment had a very good deal of space and storage areas. The book shelving was a really neat feature. The lighting on the breeze way was very good. It gave me an added feel of being secure. Also noticing the locked side gates off the main streets leading into the property gave me more of a secure feel. The grounds were very clean and knowing that I could possibly park on the same floor as my apartment was also great.

I think the leasing agent did a great job of trying to make the community feel like my home. She pointed out little things I might have not noticed. She answered all my questions honestly and to the best of her ability.
