Termite infestation. No upgrades. Way overpriced.
Please contact the office so that we can discuss. I am not aware on a termite infestation. From my knowledge, any pest control issues you had were quickly resolved.
They killed the ones that were swarming the apartment and left the wings and dead bodies of the bugs everywhere. That doesn't mean the entire building still isn't infested. I haven't even stayed there since this happened it is so disgusting. Paying crazy high rent on an apartment I no longer live in.

Really enjoy all the ammenities the apartments provide so I have 1 central location to exercise, relax, and enjoy the people of the community which have been great so far.

The community was appealing aside from the renovations and upkeep going on. The amenities were impressive especially for the younger generation. The access to downtown was a plus. The leasing professional was very enthusiastic and personable. She made me feel very welcome. She engaged in conversation easily and gave thorough descriptions of the apartment and amenities. I was impressed and would have leased today had I been in the market and would recommend to friends and family.

When the apartment company ownership changed, many of the things that I was promised when I resigned my lease were not given to me. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone!

I thought the community was unique and appealing. The leasing professional did a great job. The only issues I had with the community is the lack of parking for potential residents.
The construction in our leasing office parking area is now complete!

I would start by telling them that the location is great and the rent is high and maybe one day the facilities and staff will equal the rent paid.

when I moved in, the apartment was clean, however, the outside windows are filthy and caked with dirt and bird poop. I inquired if the windows would ever be powerwashed, and I was told there was a proposal under discussion, but nothing has since happened.

Rent is too high for an apartment that has cheap fixtures and flooring, old appliances and bad paint job.

location is great but it seems there are othet apts nearby that are better maintained & kept updated. at Firestone you dont get the sense they want to retain their tenants, ie they replace carpet/flooring & update your apt when you move out
