The community had a lot of great amenities to offer. The overall community has a nice modern feel to it. The on-site staff was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The homes were very well-maintained and had beautiful finishes.

I do like the location, but I would not find living here worth it if rent were to rise. The amenities are nice, but Im not a huge fan of the free game parking. Weekends are especially hard. It feels like if I live here, I shouldnt have to park on the street because peoples friends decide to park their cars here and go to the bars

The community was very beautiful and kept up well. The finishes on the inside of the apartment were nicely upgraded. There was an added perk of having the indoor basketball court, something I had never seen at an apartment community. The location was perfect!

The amenities are so awesome! I have never lived in such a nice place and I really enjoy the regular social gatherings that the staff promotes.

I've noticed over the past few months that the grounds have been becoming dirtier. There is more litter and trash, and I am not sure if that is from the groundsworkers who eat lunch outside or if it is from the residents. Fewer residents are picking up their dog poop and other mess as well. I would like to building to step up enforcement of this to keep the grounds clean and safe for pets and residents.
Our new porter is working hard to keep everything clean. We hope that you see an improvement soon. Also, we hope that the addition of another doggie waste station will help.
