Good except they don't keep the snow cleared.

The rooms look nice but they are very expensive. I can hear the neighbors stomping around and doing whatever it is they do. This place is supposed to be resistant to sound but I'm not convinced. I have been in worse apartments for sure but this is not worth the price tag.

The apartments are nice, well kept and new. The grounds re reasonable well kept except for dog poop everywhere. The parking lot is a disaster though! You have to park blocks away from your own apartment because there is no assigned parking spaces. People leave their vehicles in the lot for months at a time without moving them...taking the premiere spots up for no reason. Both of our vehicals were hit in the parking lot, no note...nothing. The laundry facility is not adiquit for the number of apartments-but you may have your own so it might not be a problem. Sometimes the staff is friendly sometimes NOT. I recommend it because it was a nice apartment, and we looked around Casper, not everything is nice. Just know what your getting into.

I LOVE my apartment. It is a gorgeous home for my family, though I will not be choosing to stay here. For the price of rent here I could buy a house and get double or triple the space for the same price. The apartment really is gorgeous, but if I could have found somewhere else that allowed pets there would be no way I would live here. It's also frustrating that there is no reinforcement on people picking up after their animals. I scrub my dogs feet every time we get back from going to the bathroom because there is dog feces everywhere from people not picking it up and that's a huge negative for me.

It's nice. The fact they are pet-friendly is really great. Definitely recommend.
One thing I'd fix - we clean up after our dog, but others don't. What kind of cleanup is being done??
