The community was located in a great neighborhood within walking distance to shopping and restaurants and was right on the bus line. The apartments were quiet and well-insulated from any traffic noise and the community's amenities and common areas were clean and well-maintained

The amenities at this community were well above average. In particular, I thought the gym and the theater room were better equipped than most other communities I have toured. The fun room, with two pool tables and a fully equipped kitchen was a spot that I would happily bring friends and family to. I felt the value that this community offered in exchange for the lease rate was commendable. I would be happy living here and will likely recommend this location to others.

The community is terrific. The rental rate is terrific when you add all the community has to offer such as a conference room, a community area with two billiard tables, large fitness center, etc. and the location cannot be beat.
