Would recommend for location, prompt service request responds, overall good front office support. Would recommend for the price point based on my current monthly rate.

Because every request I have made to Pawel he has not directly answered my question and I’ve had to follow up multiple times.

Hallways and common areas could be cleaner. Flooring, sinks and other features are dated. With cost of rent and other communities their finishes are much more modern.

Good square footage.

Location is convenient to SLU, but both Dexter and Aloha streets are noisy, between vehicles racing and garbage trucks. Not Neptune's fault, but a downside. Pricing is steep, and there are nicer places in SLU that don't have visible structural sagging. Staff really needed to have done more re: requiring masks to be work in areas like the entrance, elevators, and gym. Gym is often under-stocked with cleaning supplies.

The apartment is cozy and located in a good area!
Value for money is definitely true here given the amount of space the apartment has.

Amenities are well maintained. The location is close enough to the city, but far enough away from the noise and the bustle.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

Price is a bit high given offering and current market conditions, but overall decent.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

The apartment size, layout and quality is very good. Like the location and proximity to the freeway as well. But the noise outside our window with garbage trucks and the construction is bothersome.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

The neighbor is noisy even when it's 3:30 am.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

The apartment amenities are sorely lacking, the apartment needs significant updating to warrant the rent that is charged. The apartment and building feels very dated

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

Likely would not. There are some nicer building with comparable rent rates in the area that offer better amenities.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

The walls in this apartment are very thin and I can hear people as they walk by through the hallways as well as my next-door neighbors when they're doing things that arent even loud.

Building management is better than when I moved in but still not what I would expect given the price and location.

The sound isolation not great

New management is different from previous management.
