I really liked the layout of the apartment that I viewed. It was one of the most unique ones I have seen in the city. It was in a great family oriented neighborhood yet the building did not come across as very family filled. It was quite modern and looked like it would be a popular spot for younger, career oriented people.

My perception was that the management team ran a well organized community. There was a million dollar view from both the second and fourth floors that was breathtaking regardless of which direction you looked.

My visit to this community was certainly memorable. The convenient amenities were a large selling point and the management company obviously took pride in their product. The rent was expensive, but you truly got what you paid for in this case. It was no surprise that this community was rated as one of the best in the nation.

I would recommend it for the overall quality and cleanliness. Usually when you initially move into an apartment that is the best it is going to be and theres slow decline in fashion. I would say this is an apartment that has maintained its high standards. Biggest plus being the staff. I would not recommend it for the busy road, and all difficulties that brings, as well as the parking for not only ourselves but for guests as well.
I wanted to take a moment and thank you for letting us know about your living experience with us so far. We do try our best to deliver great service, but are always looking to improve.
