I liked that it was close to the city but not in the city. There were plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Public transportation was literally right next door.

The Leasing Professional was enthusiastic about showing me around the community and the apartments. He was friendly and professional throughout the presentation. The community was in a great location nearby shopping and restaurants and the West Seattle area. The apartment was modern and attractive with nice finishes throughout.

The building offered beautiful, modern apartments and lofts in the thriving area of town. The apartments were spacious and clean. The community sports several amenities, such as a rooftop deck and a large common kitchen. The office staff shows a lot of heart with community drives, such as raising donations for the Ronald McDonald House.

The community was located near many local conveniences including dining and shopping options. The community offered lots of appealing amenities. The floor plans were spacious in size. The washer and dryer is a plus. The leasing professional was friendly and helpful.

If I was in the market for an apartment, this would be the community I would rent in. For the price, it had excellent amenities and seemed like a real community. It was extremely well kept and clean. It was also located in a great area with everything you could need within walking distance.

Poor amenities for the price, garage space a nightmare, no storage
