This a conveniently located building in downtown Seattle. It will be beautiful when remodeling is finished. The staff member I met was friendly, pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable.

The community was being completely renovated. Each of the 107 apartments was being redone top to bottom, all at once. I was unable to see anything other than a design book illustrating features while sitting in a temporary office. Michelle did a remarkable job in establishing a rapport and walking me through the apartment features. For my money the community falls short on amenities that can be found within blocks of of the community. I am looking for a fitness room option and resident lounge. Neither of these features are currently planned.
Your feedback is very important to us. Our Renovation is very exciting and the new finishes will bring a lot of value to our residents. We do have a Resident Lounge planned currently, and we hope to add a Fitness Center in the future. We appreciate you taking the time to share with us.
