The building and community were nicely kept up. The associate seemed sincere and helpful.

In addition to the great location, the property was situated on the hillside across from Lake Union. All of the buildings faced the same direction, so there was no chance of staring into another apartment. Each apartment had been renovated with upgraded appliances, counter tops and flooring. It was my understanding that the common areas and recreational facilities would be upgraded as well.

I thought the tour was thorough, although I thought it would have been a little better, if the leasing professional had escorted me though the amenities. I felt comfortable throughout the entire tour. The cabana area could have been swept and kept a little cleaner.

Overall, the agent was great. She was enthusiastic and personable on the telephone and in person. She showed me two apartments and was ready to show more. While touring, she spoke to just about every resident we passed and called them by name. She created a positive image for the community.
