Parking isnât great and maintenance isnât great. I wish that the unused covered spots would get rented out to people who would use them, I think that would ease the congestion a little bit. Please see above notes about maintenance.

Some one is playing music in our building very very laude , I called two times to leasing office, but they didnt do anything, they just said we will take care of it , but they didnt, I dont know why they are not talking care of it , we cant go to sleep at all when they play music ,

I recommend to people who have one car, and who don't care about their neighbors making a ton of noise. Also that they dont mind having their car broken into, and having the apartment, and the apartment security do squat about it!

Gym should be open 24-7. Currently closed on all holidays which are the rare times I have to actually hit the gym. This is definitely a negative factor.

First, people keep leaving trashes in front of the compact, not nice to see from the gate.
