I appreciate Jennilyn helping us out the most, and the apartments are nice. There just needs to be a few adjustments.

Parking, parking, parking!

Still not enough parking space and don't see how there will ever be once apartments are 100 percent occupied.

I would warn them about the lack of adequate parking, and that there are very few recycle bins.

As a new tenant my experience moving to Altia has been horrible. Parking issues that have not been address adequately, numerous maintenance issues for a brand new unit, shoddy workmanship throughout the complex and unit, threats of towing vehicles, and slow response time and effectiveness of the office and maintenance staff makes this apartment complex one of the worse places I've lived.

My recommendation would be, beautiful apts simple amenities.

I wish I could park

Parking is still a big issue with this community. Even with the additional parking spots added residents and guests are still parking in the fire lanes after 5pm. A fire truck could never drive trough the community at night. Evening and night parking enforcement is needed.

Maybe if Altia creates a better parking situation, finds space for the dogs, and consistently enforces its rules, I might mention the complex as a possibility. Right now I would not recommend it.

If you like picking up trash that other people leave behind that doesn't get picked up for days, stepping over dog poop, having to deal with being able to hear everything your neighbors do, and the extremely tight parking, Altia is for you.

Over priced, poorly built, management has changed hands a few times, leaving only a couple consistent people who know about what goes on regularly. You can hear your neighbors clearly in their own apartments.
