Apartment Review from a Current Renter

Would not: Drama in front office, short package pick-up hours.
Would: Beautiful new apartments with great views

Rent could be less. That is the only -ve. I would also prefer it if there was a swimming pool in the community

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

I would consider leasing at this apartment community.

I was extremely impressed with the community. I felt that for the value, it was excellent.

She was happy to speak with me today. She had a great personality. The community was clean and in great condition.

The building was in good repair. The agent was engaging and friendly.

The community was conveniently located near the freeway. The staff was welcoming..

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

The amenities were nice but not particularly above anything else offered at any other community. The square footage was large for the price. All areas of the community were beautiful. The leasing agent was professional, warm and detailed. She successfully engaged with me and conveyed sincerity.

In walking through the property, it felt like an office building and not so much a place that I would call my home. Coming in from the elevator, walking through to the mailbox area, then the clubhouse and office felt a bit sterile and more benign than warm and inviting. In the best interests of the agent, it would be beneficial for her to learn the Critical Path to Sales to make sure that prospects aren't leaving with any hesitations.

The community was difficult to find. The leasing professional I worked with was genuine and made me feel very comfortable; not once did she pressure me. I did not get a chance to view an apartment, nor did I see any amenities. Overall, the space looked very upscale and modern, but for what I seemed to be getting, the price was through the roof. It would not be the first place I recommended.

This was a newer community located in downtown Bellevue. The apartments were a bit small and rents were a bit high.

Because the leasing professional did not build value to the overall costs of the apartment and the amenities, I feel I would be neutral to making referrals. The property and apartment itself are nicely put together, but I do not like the way they are designed. The bedroom was too small in comparison to the main living room. I think that the leasing professional needs to work on her demonstration skills and put some "oomph" into her presentation. She was very boring. Overall, the apartment was okay and the presentation was average. I would or could make it work, but I would not be happy there.

The apartment was spacious with some very nice upgrades like air conditioning and an electric fireplace. The kitchen was large and the closet space amazing. I loved the high ceilings and industrial walls in the second apartment. I would have been comfortable living there.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

The community is on the outskirts of downtown Bellevue. It has secured access, a large fitness center and an appealing rooftop with barbecues for warm weather and a fire pit for chilly days.

From the moment I walked into the Lobby to the moment the agent showed me back to my car, I felt that this was a place where the leasing agent cared for a potential resident. These apartments seem to be geared towards young professionals or couples without children. Anyone would be happy here but the amenities are more professional. The feelings in the hallways was quiet and safety. If someone was looking for a luxurious well located apartment in the downtown Bellevue area, I would recommend this community.
