Too expensive.

I have never had such a bad experience, and I've lived in some sketchy places. Issues with neighbors are not handled by management after complaints, and all the other issues I've mentioned, and more. I have already told people not to rent here.

The apartment community is very friendly and I enjoy living here.

These are modest apartments in a modest neighborhood. They seem to have been well maintained, especially the renovated ones. The rents seems very reasonable.

When I arrived the leasing professional did not seem to remember my telephone call. However, she was pleasant and friendly.

The interior of the apartment homes were tastefully remodeled. The clubhouse was beautifully remodeled and there was a nice fire pit and grill area. The leasing staff was friendly and personable.
