I will not recommend this complex to anyone. In fact I will be telling everyone I know NOT to even look here!! The fact that you would limit visitors to parking in the from after hours is ABSURD. I

I would because the apts are nice, have washer & dryer, spacious and maintenace requests are done expeditiously.
I would not because: The rent is extremely high now; living on the side next to the fwy is horribly noisy. I have not had a soundless day since I moved in. The parking is bad: you should not have to pay additional parking fees to get a parking spot; it should be at least two cars allowed per household; everyone is not single, but have families and teenagers/college students that have cars.
