Could not have chosen a better place. It's quiet, clean, and it is easily accessible from any of the major belt roads, i.e. 410 and 90. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to Lackland AFB.

The staff appeared to work together well and know each other as well as the maintenance crew.

They were nice apartments, and the young lady showing was very pleasant to talk with.

Westpond is a very nice community in a residential area. It is conveniently located to several fast food restaurants and H.E.B. The drive to Hwy. 410 is easy. I would encourage anyone on a budget and with a desire for pleasant staff to visit Westpond Apartments.

My visit to the property was pleasant and very informative. All staff members were warm, friendly, and engaged in conversation with me. The leasing professional was very knowledgeable about the apartment, amenities, and community. Totally unsolicited, the leasing professional spoke very highly of the management company to the point that he has personally resided on several of their properties and stated he never wanted to work for anyone else. The leasing professional made me feel welcome and wanted as a resident from the moment we spoke on the telephone. Completing the necessary personal information portion of the visit was very simple, as he remembered our telephone conversation in detail, even to the point of remembering my telephone number. The property was impeccable and inviting as well. This would be the perfect place to call home.
