I was very impressed by the leasing agent. She had an easy going nature during my visit. I would be very happy to lease from her. I would recommend the community because of her pleasant approach during my visit. I also though it was impressive to see how clean the pool was. That showed me that it was maintained regularly.

I thought it was it was a good idea for the leasing professional to sit with me and answer questions since I was there to meet the other agent. She made me feel comfortable. Another man was there to see the same floor plan so she took us both. The two of us had questions, and she fielded them very well. We talked about the playground since I have a son. We talked about how convenient the location is to my school. I did notice that on the guest card, she put arrival time at 5:40 PM when I arrived at 5:21 PM. She was upbeat the entire time. She said she lived on-site and could relate. She stated that she had started there in September. I thought she was professional and well informed. I think that it was disappointing not being able to be shown the amenities of the community. She had a great presentation for showing the apartment.

The agent took her time to explain everything to me. She never rushed me all of the time that we were talking and I was asking her questions about the apartment.

The community has very spacious apartment homes and is managed by a great property management company. The staff is full of teamwork and that alone makes it a step above the rest.

The community had many great amenities. They included a natural walking trail, basketball court, playground, dog park, picnic area and pool. There were schools nearby.

This community has a pet area, basketball court, the playground and more. I was pleased with the professionalism of the onsite staff and the cleanliness of the property. I could see myself living there.

The people that work there should be retrained in customer service. The complex needs a lot of upgrading in order to have selling benefits to help rent out more units. There were so many things that were not mentioned during the visit. I am not sure if they even had a pool, work out room, or clubhouse.

My thoughts include that the small one bedroom apartment was very small and offered little or no amenities, but the pricing on that apartment was low priced. As far as the two bedroom apartment, the apartment was a great value for the price, and I could see myself living in it.
