I felt the community could have a few more flags outside along the street of the property to prepare drivers coming off the highway to make a turn into the property for prospective residents.

I like it here, and while I'm still doing classes at UTSA, it's quite convenient. I would recommend it for that and for there not being a lot of problems of break-ins. However, where several of my friends and I work is not nearby, so that's the only down-side.

The community is presently undergoing a process of renovation. All the amenities are being upgraded. The exterior of the apartment building are being painted. The apartments have received updates. The leasing professional guided me through the community and a vacant apartment. The community has a pleasant hill country atmosphere. I would recommend this community to my friends and family.

I would recommend. As a student not wanting a crazy party central this Is great. Minimal outside noise and distraction. Good mix of students and non student. Close to school and I 10.

For students, the location is great, again, having a dog park and being pet friendly is the #1 reason I chose this community.

Since the new management has taken over, I feel they are not as cooperative to our needs and are unwilling to work with us when situations arise. I feel that this is due to the larger corporation being in charge. Previously, the management was considerate of emergencies and we were able to make arrangements for any needs that arose. However, now, everything is governed by corporate policies. I realize policies are in place for the benefit of the company, and to be fair to everyone, but there has to be some consideration for residents' situations.
I completely agree. The old management was much better and the front desk was so helpful then. Every time I go to the front to ask questions or attempt to resolve something I get a fake smile and "you're outta luck" response.

Living on the 3rd floor is not bad at all at least you don't hear nothing.

I would not because of the noise, late party's.. People screaming in breeze ways @ all times of the night and the parking is AWFUL!!!

I would recommend this complex to someone who is going to UTSA, however I would not recommend this complex to someone who is looking for a quiet, calm place to live.
