My first impression upon walking into the leasing office was that someone took pride in decorating with a wow factor. A community that has a good upkeep of the grounds, made the place to call home very inviting. Great leasing agent that actually live on premises.

Overall living at the Marquis has been the most comfortable and positive living arrangement I've had dinner moving to San Antonio. Rates are competitive and the quality preserved in the complex itself is phenomenal. The amenities are wonderful and always well kept. The courtyard is stunning. Couldn't ask for a better place to live.

I found this experience to be like most that I have been on in lacking the pizazz in the overall experience at the property. I was hoping that the agent was going to tell me that they would be doing all, if not, at least most of the property upgrades to the apartments on the property.

I'm not a fan of living near UTSA
do not move here!
I hate living here but they have they have the best deal for a two bedroom. I've been here 3 years now and it just keeps getting worse. The "upgrades" that were made didn't reach all of the apartments, when it was time to renew my lease I asked if my apartment could be upgraded since they wanted to raise my rent, but never got any reply back from management. I can not wait till I can leave this place!!!

As for the community, the apartment and the amenities both inside the apartment and outside the apartment, they were all good, but not amazingly special.
