Nice, stable community close to everything

It's a nice, cozy place that seems like a real neighborhood. I have enjoyed living here. The staff are very nice and maintenance requests are tended to promptly.

This is a very serene community. I could imagine myself spending many days sitting on the patio enjoying the quiet environment.

This downtown community offered one, two, and three bedroom apartments. The property had a 24-hour fitness center, laundry facilities, clubroom, business center, and off street parking. Each apartment has full size laundry connections and a balcony. I viewed a small two-bedroom apartment. The lease rate was reasonable for a downtown location.

Nice amenities, poor communication, train noise, bug problem

I'm pretty happy there, and the management has been responsive to all my requests so far.

I would lease there based off the leasing consultant, however I felt as if the price was a little high for the quality of the apartment and the amenities of the community.

I thought the property was well maintained. With it being in the center of town, there was some congestion, but once you went into the apartment it was nice. I liked the way the parking area for the residents was kind of snuggled in the middle of the apartments. Also was impressed there was a parking garage. The leasing professional was sweet, charming, and very bubbly.

The complex was very nice. The staff that I encountered was friendly. The complex could use bigger signs so that people could find it easy to spot. The parking area in the center of the complex was a little small. She stated that you were only allowed one parking space per apartment. What would happen if two people moved in to one of the units, and they happened to own two cars?
