The amenities in the property were dated and they did not look well maintained. There was a lot of plant debris (dead leaves, branches, and weeds) throughout the community. The leasing professional was very engaging and presented her property with enthusiasm. She seemed to genuinely care about my needs and what I wanted from my new home. She made it sound like the management takes good care of their residents' needs. If I had an original apartment, the value would match the property. If I had an updated apartment, the price would not balance out with the outdated property. I do not think I would have used the amenities too much as they were not maintained to a usable standard. I might be able to use them, but it would depend on the foot traffic of the apartment. I would recommend this property once it finished upgrading everything.

The presentation and the demonstration of the community was done well, even though there was not anything to see.

This small community offered several floor plans on two levels. A covered parking space with storage was included with each apartment. The amenities were centrally located. The lease rate was reasonable for the community location, age of the community, and amenities offered.

There were no apartments to view, and I was not shown any amenities.

This is a nice and quiet community. It has mature trees and is in a lovely setting. There is covered parking and a nice pool that are just a few of the things you can find there. The apartments have huge rooms. The staff is awesome and happy.

This is an older community, but has a great deal of character. It is well maintained and updated and has a great deal of charm. The leasing professional was wonderful. She was engaging and welcoming. She afforded me a wonderful visit and made me feel that I and my business were important and valued. There were no washer/dryer connections in the apartments.

I've lived here for 7 months now and have gone through a slew of problems with my unit. If you want a great footage to price ratio this property is great. But, there is a serious lack of laundry facilities. My property shares 2 units for 3 different sections because the laundry/dryers have been busted for months in other areas.

This was a small community with available laundry rooms and apartment upgrades.

The apartments have a good price but they need a little bit of an upgrade. The customer service was alright. The apartments have a good location.

I know that based on what Sarah said that they have already finished a number of upgrades. The community still needs a lot more work to get it looking better. The landscape was in need of more green grass and less rocks.

I liked the property although it was an older property. The leasing agent did a great job. I was impressed with the attitude they carried. The pool was nice and clean. I would live there based purely on the kindness of the leasing agent.

The community was unappealing and I would definitely not live there. I was not pleased at all. It looked very unkempt.

The agent was very pleasant and friendly. She seemed to be a true professional in her field. The community could use a new exterior paint job all over. It lacked color. The pool itself was in need of a facelift or good cleaning.
