The community was in a sort of unique location that I did not expect. It was well-kept and there was no trash. The apartments were attractive and the company was doing upgrades throughout which was nice.

I would not recommend this apartment community. I had great experiences when it was Avana. But ever since CWS took over, things have changed drastically for the worse.

Not enough office staff. May or may not return voice mails. Seen more smiles at a funeral than in the office. Residents appear to come second to new applicants.

The locations is getting more and more congested. Might be okay for some but brutal for others.

I would not recommend because the office ignores my noise complaints even though they adviced me to submit them. They do nothing to help with noise situation even though I have expressed many times how disruptive the noise is as I work from home.

Phones are never answered.
Office hours are non accommodating for working individuals. Saturday's there's never people at the office to pick up packages. Wait times are normally 30mins

Unfortunately our property is not large enough to have a staff of 2 on a Saturday. We are possibly looking into package lockers with 24 hour access. The community is nice but there is lots of room for improvement. The gates have not all been working at the same time since the change in ownership

The back gate is getting re-built right now and should be put back within a weeks time frame. Complete dumbbell set in the gym.
Clean pool bathroom.
Better maintenance around the apartment complex- not as clean as Avana was. Still dirty and pet waste left behind.

I will look at buying missing dumbbells to complete the set in the gyn. Our property had a very busy summer which is expected at takeover with over 700 work orders in 2.5 months. Maintenance has now been able to keep up with our 24 hour service request guarantee and if that is not possible to at least communicate with the resident and let them know when they will be by. The pool bathroom is cleaned every Wednesday but next spring will begin getting cleaned more than once a week. Also will be adding 12 new pet stations around the community and making additions to the pet park to try and alleviate some of the pet waste problems. We appreciate your feedback and are working to address any and all concerns as quickly as possible. Please let us know what we can do for you.
