Since new owners took over not as satisfied with how things are being handled. It was such a smooth move in and never had problems with anything. Everyone in office was so nice and friendly. It is not anymore.

I think relative to most of the apartments available in the area, the quality of the apartments is higher relative to similar quality apartments per sq. ft., which might be attributed to its proximity to UTSA.

The parking is the worse. You have to be home at a certain time to get a parking that's ridiculous.

This seems to be a community growing with college students and families who do not watch their kids. There have been so many times where children dart out in front of me while driving and thankfully I drive slow, I avoid them. College students drive too fast in there as well. The amount I paid was not comparable to what I received . The new office team is amazing so I know it is what they inherited. I wanted to love this place because of the location, but it is not luxury whatsoever.

There is dog poop every where. The dumpster stays full. The Manager don't care she will not try to make any effort to help. Parking has become a real problem the quest don,t use the quest parking. I'm still upset with our property manager for telling me to stay home until she can come by and see about the break in attempt. she never showed or gave a call. she don't care she just blowing smoke to her supervisors she just drawing a check. people are leaving because of her. we need some who want to be there.

I would recommend my apartment community because it's rather quiet. Many people have dogs and it great to seen them interact.

Would not. Staff is lazy and dismisses serious safety concerns (Kim in particular).

location is out of the way for someone who wants to live in the city, which is great for someone like myself that wants to have some freedom from the city lights, but can be a hindrance to others who need to be able to get in and around the city.
