Continued disappointments

Look elsewhere. Building 21 reminds me of a dump site (2nd Floor corridor is the home for bags and bags of trash bags for days at a time.)

Quiet, well-maintained community

The place really is like a retreat, set back so far from the road. Turning in the drive and coming through the gate gives me such a sense of peace. My apartment is spacious and quiet, two must have items for me, and there's always plenty of parking in front of my building - if I opt not to use my covered space.

We really enjoy it here

It's a convenient location to shopping, parks, schools, everything we need. The apartments are quiet, we live on the bottom floor and very rarely do we hear our neighbors above us who have 2 girls. The maintenance team is really great and friendly.

I think the apartments are very nice

I would tell them that the apartments are very nice but they should expect to have a lot of unusual problems with the apartment that they probaly will never have with a different apartment complex. For example our dish washer does not work, our hot water constantly goes out, our kichen faucet leaks water and the shower in the master bathroom has very weak water pressure. I have paid much less money at not so "luxurius apartments" and received all of these services with no problem. My wife and I have only been living here for approximately 10 days and so far we are not impressed. We believe that these apartment have the ability to be a nice home to us, but right now we are experiencing nothing but problems. I hope that these problems are resolved soon so that we can live without complication. Thank you.

Great Place, Great Location

Parking is terrible, do not have expect to have happy visitors when they visit. They will have to park on the other side of the complex and walk to you apt. Parking could be much better. Also, there is nothing convenient about paying online at a very high convenience fee.

Why is there no laundry facility.

Parking got better. Thank you. What about a laundry facility?

Tennis court at Carmel, we were sharing amenities now we're not???

I was very happy here until we quit sharing amenities with Carmel
Is there anyway you can get that back for us . I love to play Tennis and that court is very convienient .Please call the new owner & see if you can work out a deal .
Also the exercise gym needas an update to bring it up to par . I think Christopher Columbus used these same machines and they were outdated then .

Marginal in the middle of ten.

Checkout other places due AC system used (vibrates a noise from other units that is always heard in my space.

Nice and accomadating, except parking. Not cool

I would tell them to think hard, because you get one parking spot!

Lack of response to feedback. Still not enough parking.

Organizations that don't acknowledge feedback after a request, suffer. If if the answer is, "No, we can't do that yet." It validates the giving of feedback after the request. This will be my third, maybe fourth attempt to get an answer on why there is not enough parking at Escalante, and why I can't have friends visit in the evening because there's no where for them to park. There is also still no word on any laundry facility. Both of which management refuses to provide any word on. If anyone cares about residents, they'll respond to this feedback.

We need parking!

It was impossible to have friends and family over throughout December because of the lack of parking. People are complaining about this complex on blogs and apartment review sites, and I'm only going to be adding my grievances about the lack of parking and lack of a laundry facility. Let me tell you what people in the complex think of the management at Escalante -- "Nobody cares about us".

Very disappointed.

The apartment complex was purchased by another property company. Residence were informed of the buyout, but NOT informed of the number of inconveniences that would occur. For example, A gate was installed separating the properties thereby cutting down on parking spots for BOTH residence and visitors. Additionally, there is no longer a laundromat for Escalante. I called and talked to someone in the office and the guy didn't apologize, nor care about the inconveniences. When asked what Escalante's plans were to fix these issues he said, "I don't know." The other day when I went in to pick up a package, three people didn't know the code to the swimming pool so I could walk through to my apartment and avoid the main gate. True story. This is embarrassing and you're going to take hits on Facebook, apartment rental sites and most importantly, Yelp, after residents share their disappointments.
