After living at Carmel Canyon Apts in San Antonio for three years and being a good tenant, paying my rent on time (etc.), I had to move back to Massachusetts, my original home. Due to my health and family situations that needed my immediate attention, I had no choice but to move. In my written 30 day notice to them, I explained all of this.

What I expected from management was a little compassion and understanding. What I got was a letter stating that if I did not pay $1,322.75 for early termination, they would send this to a collection agency. WHAT?? I left on October 31, 2014. My lease was up on January 31, 2015.

(2 Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star recipient) needs help with everyday situations, where are you then?

What the community has to offer is great. The community has all that anyone would need in order to live a great life. They seemed to cater to their residents when it comes to all that they have to offer.

The staff is very sincere and friendly. The community and amenities are well maintained.

This small community of apartments offered several floor plans. The amenities were attractive and centrally located. I toured two apartments with granite counters, black appliances, laundry connections, and walk-in closets. The lease rate seems a bit high for the location.

The staff are very professional and show genuine sincerity in meeting my needs. The curb appeal is commendable.

Its a nice place to live, feel safe its small and comfortable

This was a very nice apartment community with welcoming staff. I was pleased to visit the site and to know that fine quality of apartment living was reasonably priced and conveniently located.

The property is beautiful on the outside and the inside. The leasing specialist pointed out all the highlights of the community and painted a very pleasing picture.

The leasing agent was polite during my visit. The property is beautiful. The apartment flooring and counter-tops were amazing as well. I would be thrilled to live at this community. The decor is so impressive.
