I would recommend it for the value but the other tenants here are questionable.

I used to recommend this place to people not only do I not recommend it anymore I have friends actively telling me I need to move.

It has tremendous features on those coming in.

Too many problems and no one to fix them in a timely manner. Management is rude and non-accommodating. If you are out of hot water it needs to get repaired that day don't patch it up and expect it to work get to the bottom of the problem and solve it so we don't have to keep submitting service request because it did not get fixed the first time the right way.

They had water pipes problems many times every years we couldn't use water and we couldn't take shower at summers. I had go to work without take showers.I am working custermer survice.It was so uncomfortable.

I would recommend this place. Despite all the bumps that kinda put a damper on things, but that goes with everything. The look and feel are great. The staff are great people, very professional.

Due to the overall bad experience I had. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I would not because the office staff seem unstable. The outside of the apartments need better up keeping.
