Horrendous move in experience

Too much to list as complaints for this apartment complex. At first glance it looks great and our initial office person which toured us around in July 2017 was super nice. Since actually living here it has been the opposite. Looking forward to the end of our lease.

Lived here 2 years and there has been no investment to our place to make our place better. We have been asking for some things to be replaced, nothing has been done. I would not recommend to others and will be moving once lease is up.

parking is a nightmare, even after paying for parking, other people who dont pay for it park in reserved spots, which the reserving spaces is bogus to begin with. The gym always has something broke, whether its the AC or the equipment. I dont feel safe here, the gates are always messed up. The mailboxes are broken.

Amenities I was promised prior to leasing still not completed 2 yrs later.

Changes and improvements are underway but tenants are not kept informed of upcoming improvements. Signs about a dog park have been up for many.months but still no dog park.

This complex has amazing potential! It is beautiful here. I think with a stronger maitanence team and a different front office staff it would be a lot different.

too many things go wrong/break then take way too long to get fixed. example: mail boxes have been broken since november and people have to drive to the post office to get mail

Over-priced, office changes procedures and too many things get lost in the process, maintains requests are not tracked or managed properly or timely.

I have had a pest problem since I moved in and the management has not fixed it. Lived here for a year now and I have been living with roaches.

Seems like management is always new every 2-3months.

The location here is fantastic, and other than the fact that the deal we actually had was different from what we thought we had, the value is reasonable (though not as reasonable as we originally thought). However, unless there are serious changes to address the way business is handled in the front office, I can't in good conscience recommend Algarita to anyone else.

The first six months or so looked promising. I was recommending a couple of friends. Now I'll have to inform them of the changes that are being made. At this time I wouldn't recommend anyone that I know.

Once the property is done being upgraded I might recommend to family and friends.
