Peaceful and how will it is keep up.

The many mature trees on the property are beautiful and reduce the noise pollution from Preston Road. I particularly like the apartment layout and having two walk in closets as well as a storage closet off of the patio. I do not like the landscaping nor the landscape maintenance. Bushes have been removed to repair foundation issues and not replaced and the landscape maintenance crews leave grass clippings, hedge clippings and mud wherever it lands, never cleaning up after themselves. I resorted to sweeping the sidewalk approaching building 11 just so I wouldn't track the grass and mud into my own apartment and car. I talked to the people in the office who promised to talk to the crew but here we are another week later with grass clippings covering the same sidewalk.
